Is there a way for us to determine who added (manually initiated) a specific profile in Klaviyo?

This will help us determine, audit and track any Klaviyo changes. Thanks!

Hi @Shimee,

Thanks for reaching out to the Klaviyo Community!

Unfortunately, we don’t have a changelog available today for manual import tracking (to see who it was that added a contact manually). We do offer this feature for flow updates, however.

There are a few ways for you to track specific contacts that were manually added (although I do understand that this isn’t your initial question):

  1. You are able to see the manual import totals for a specific list using our list growth report.
  2. You can see exactly how subscribers were added to your Klaviyo account using the $source profile property. This property can be found in each contact’s profile under Details > Custom Properties. The $source property will tell you if they signed up through a signup form, at checkout, were manually added using Klaviyo’s Quick Add feature and more. You can apply the segment logic of “$source = -6 or -13” to identify all manually added contacts through the Quick Add feature.

Thanks again for reaching out and being a member of the Klaviyo Community!
