Hello,


Klaviyo newb here. Our brand is starting to expand our retail efforts and a lot of that involves email and phone follow-ups. Is this something Klaviyo can assist with? I.e. reminders, logs, spreadsheets, tracking, etc? Or should I be looking for a different CRM?

It all depends on your needs! While some find Klaviyo sufficient for their customer relationship management system, others utilize more tools than integrate with Klaviyo in an official CRM capacity. For instance, if you want to explore external CRM connections, we offer native integrations withs  Salesforce CRM,  Zendesk, and Gorgias.  Alternatively, you can have a look at our Integrations Directory for third party CRM's that integrate with Klaviyo.
