Started Checkout Javascript Metric not working

Hey there! I think you can solve this by updating this part of your code:'properties': { eventdata}To this:'properties': eventdata Since you’ve already loaded the event JSON in eventdata, these extra braces are redundant - the payload probably looks something like this in a live test:'properties': { {"id": 12345, "line_items": ..etc}} To debug further, you can open up the browser’s network tab when you test and find the http request being sent. You can then see what the API is sending back as well as directly inspect the base64 string you are sending as the payload. Hope this helps! Cheers,Nate

Placed Order / Ordered Product stopped working (WooCommerce)

Actually I take that back… I could make the JSON format work but it’s still not recording Placed Order and Ordered Product.   Would you mind having another look at the /wp-json/wc/v3/products?consumer_key=r… for me?   It looks like the syncs/webhooks were still marked as failed - I just restarted them and queued up a backfill task for you to pull in any orders recorded in the last 7 days, so you should be all caught up. Can you take another look?

Placed Order / Ordered Product stopped working (WooCommerce)

Hey Rob @Green Unicorn Farms!Have you updated or added any theme/styling plugins recently to your store by any chance? It looks like there is some HTML being added to the responses from your store’s API, likely from another WordPress plugin. The integration code is expecting the response to be in JSON format, so when it tries to parse the response, an error is thrown. You can see what this looks like using the below URL (swapping out ‘redacted’ for the consumer key and secret you use for the integration): https://greenunicornfarms.com/wp-json/wc/v3/products?consumer_key=redacted&consumer_secret=redacted You’ll see a bit of HTML at the top of the response that looks like this:<link rel="stylesheet" id="wd-section-title-css" href="https://greenunicornfarms.com/wp-content/themes/woodmart/css/parts/el-section-title.min.css?ver=6.0.3" type="text/css" media="all" /> {"id":26624,"name": ... Cheers,Nate

Woocommerce integration: Unable to Access API with Credentials Specified

This error means that the Klaviyo WordPress plugin is not installed or another plugin is interfering with this API endpoint. Have you gone through the setup process for the Klaviyo WP plugin?https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerce#install-the-klaviyo-woocommerce-plugin1If the plugin is installed and this behavior persists, I would recommend opening a support ticket so we can work with you more closely - we may need to work with your IT/hosting provider to track down why this API endpoint is unavailable.

The WordPress plugin also creates some custom API endpoints that are tested by the settings form. These checks could also be triggering a settings form error if they are sending back unexpected results. What do you see for this API call (filling in placeholders where appropriate)?{store-url}/wp-json/klaviyo/v1/products/count?consumer_key={consumer-key}&consumer_secret={consumer-secret}

Woocommerce integration: Unable to Access API with Credentials Specified

Hi there!The WooCommerce integration settings form makes a few test API calls using the provided store URL and consumer key and secret. If the calls fail or returns an unexpected response, then an error is displayed. Often times the culprit is a firewall or other plugin interfering with the API.One check you can perform is to make a test API call yourself and inspect the response. You can do this by navigating to a URL in your browser with the below structure, filling in the placeholders with the appropriate information:{store-url}/wp-json/wc/v3/products?consumer_key={consumer-key}&consumer_secret={consumer-secret} For example, if my store URL was “https://www.example.com” and my key and secret are “my-consumer-key” and “my-consumer-secret” respectively, the URL would look like this:https://www.example.com/wp-json/wc/v3/products?consumer_key=my-consumer-key&consumer_secret=my-consumer-secret If you paste the resulting URL into your browser, you should see product data presented
