trackViewedItem does not populate a product feed

I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo with a custom built website. For Viewed Product, I’m trying to follow this guide https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide_to_integrating_a_platform_without_a_pre_built_klaviyo_integration and also included trackViewedItem as the guide stated “Calling the Klaviyo object's trackViewedItem function below will populate a product feed of recently viewed products that can be included in emails.” However, even though viewed product event worked and also sync recently viewed products into user profile, there was no product feed creation for me to use in email template. Klaviyo and Magento 2 Integration Error: require is not defined

So I’m currently helping a brand installing Klaviyo extension for their Magento 2 website. I sent them this guideline to install https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254348. They already finished the installation and setup, and contacts as well as Magento metrics have synced to Klaviyo. However, there are 2 metrics, Viewed Product and Active on site are not being tracked. I checked for console on a product page and see this error “require is not defined” as below:Not sure what would cause this error and how to fix it. Since I don’t have access to their Magento server so I have to tell their devs on how to fix it. 401 Unauthorized API Call on Google Tag Manager

Hi guys,I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo through GTM for a custom website and no native integration. I’m trying to capture a user email on the website on a newsletter form, then sync it to Klaviyo and also subscribe it to email marketing and push that user into a list. However, I tried to follow the API sample code but it always return 401 error unauthorized. It works on Postman if I put the API Key into Authorization section instead of Header section. The API I’m using is https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/reference/subscribe.
