API + GTM Integration (identify)

Hi,we are implementing Klaviyo to a custom ecommerce platform. For now we have implemented the “Placed Order” event, which is working fine and it sent from our backend. Now we would like to implement “Active on Site” and “Add to cart” via Google Tag Manager. We have the codes in GTM and events are firing, but I think the problem is that the user is not identified properly. We do it like this:When the user submits an order via website, Placed Order event and Identify request are sent via API. The user then browses on the website, but Klaviyo does not recognize him.How to debug? What are we doing wrong? :) Thanks!

Custom eCom: API problems

Hi,we are implemented an API for our custom ecommerce CMS. We started with the “Place Order” event, but are having some problems. The data goes through to Klaviyo, but comparing to Woocommerce integration, the structure and data display is pretty weird.See my examples here. Anyone knows whats the problem?
