Welcome to the Klaviyo Community and thanks for sharing this first question with everyone. Unlike previewing an email campaign, there isn’t a pre-built way to preview a Sign Up Form in Klaviyo.

However, if you add your teammates to a List and upload that into Klaviyo, you can set the Behavior Tab to only show the Sign Up Form to people in that specific list. 

Alternatively, you could also publish the Sign Up Form to a low-traffic URL on your site and share that link with your teammates for them to preview it. In both scenarios, you would still publish the form to Live, but one will only show to a dedicated list of people, and the other will only show to a specific URL of your choice.
