Wrong email content sent

I have sent an email through Klaviyo with a design that wasn't saved correctly, and people received a different version than expected with a different design block in the mobile version that wasn’t visible in the preview version. I have no idea how this fault came about, can we figure this out together? It looks like this mistake is only visible on iPhone.

Bulk Subscribe not creating a Subscribed to List event

Hi!We’re using a Zapier python step to subscribe profiles to an additional list. Although it is adding them to the list okay, its not creating a Subscribed to List event on the profile activities as is typical for other subscribe methods in Klaviyo. For auditing purposes it would be great to see the event created but as its a default Klaviyo event I don’t believe we can create it ourselves via the API. Am I naive in thinking that this endpoint should create the event? Isn’t that part of its purpose as a subscribe call?https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/bulk_subscribe_profilesLMK if I’m missing something or could achieve this in a different way. Connect Klaviyo to n8n with HTTP Request

I’m trying to send form data (email for now) to a Klaviyo list using HTTP Request in n8n.I’ve tried various strategies and none have been successful.Has anyone successfully setup HTTP Request with Klaviyo in n8n and willing to share their setup?Thank you in advance!

Aus Datenschutzgründen möchten wir am Consent-Banner selbst keine Änderungen vornehmen, sondern eine technisch und rechtlich saubere Lösung finden.Meiner Frage:Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, ein Klaviyo-Formular so einzubetten, dass es nicht vom Cookie-Zustand blockiert wird und zuverlässig ausgeliefert wird, auch ohne Zustimmung?Ein manuelles Einbinden über unseren OXID-Shop ist für uns keine Option, da es dafür keine flexible Schnittstelle gibt. Blocked when trying to call the API

Hi!So I’m trying to call the URL https://a.klaviyo.com/api/metrics in the API, and since yesterday, I’m getting blocked by Klaviyo and I receive these errors:Is there a way I could authenticate my calls so that I’m not blocked by Klaviyo? Setting CHANNEL_ID_KEY on a notification (Klaviyo Android SDK)?

I want to be able to control the NotificationChannel to which a Klaviyo notification is posted. I see that the KlaviyoRemoteMessage object already povides an extension property RemoteMessage.channel_id.However, this seems to always return “Default”. If I put a breakpoint in onMessageReceived, I see that the RemoteMessage object does not have the channel_id key.I tried adding it to the custom data in the notification editor in Klaviyo. However, if I do that, it appears inside the key_value_pairs key and not at the top level.So, the question is: How can I set the channel_id on a notification?

Not a question, but I had posted about this on LinkedIn and thought I’d share within the Community too.Do you use Google Tag Manager to track visitor activity on your site, or wanted to broaden the engagement and intent data you collect from your site?For some time, I've wondered why there wasn't a GTM tag template for Klaviyo. On our company site we track a significant number of engagement actions, for both prospective and current customers. Every new idea to measure intent and interest - page views, quiz starts, form submits, etc.- meant writing another Custom HTML tag.My solution has been to build a GTM tag template that will enable those who do not want to handle raw JavaScript to track new custom metrics in Klaviyo quickly.You can just drop in your event name, optional email, properties, and publish. Done.I had to learn more JavaScript and GTM template quirks than I planned, but now the workflow is faster, our container is lighter, and most importantly, tracking isn’t limited to w

Shopware 6 Integration: Scheduled_Tasks stuck | data not synced from and to Klaviyo

Hi, since upgrading our Shopware store to 6.6.x and the Klaviyo Plugin from Overdose Digital to version 3.3.x (recommended for SW6.6), we’re facing issues.I opened up a ticket via the Google Forms link provided on the Shopware Integration docs here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/13001662470939#h_01HBC3PT82ESVQCM2KR7GGVC80. That was about a week ago. I haven’t heard anything since - not even a confirmation for posting my request. It is a bit of an odd support experience so far, with the forms and all.Now I’m wondering if this is still the correct way to request support on the plugin as I’m kind of in the dark on if anything is happening or not. The issue:All the scheduled_tasks related to Klaviyo get stuck in status queued. We’re using a systemd-service to trigger the scheduled_tasks as well as multiple instances of the messenger-consumers. Hey Developers!I'm currently building a custom segmentation engine for Shopify-based e-commerce customers — something similar to what Klaviyo offers with its rule-based dynamic segments.
