Is there anyway I can restore my paid account back as I accidentally downgraded it to basic. I just paid $20 last Aug 5 (AU Timezone).

 

Can someone from Klaviyo Support assist me.

I agree that chat is a great advantage of paid Klaviyo support as  @chelsgrove mentioned!

 

However, if you have  downgraded to a free plan and want to restore to a paying plan, you can do that in your account without the help of of support by following the steps in our documentation here!

I have a paid account and I have a monthly payment of 375 euros, but I don´t use my account during 4 months, the question is: can I have a option to maintain active my account during this period that I don´t have activity paying less money, something similar to a  maintenance monthly quote
