I registered two accounts, both of which were blocked. I contacted the customer service, but the reply was very slow. I have provided the materials every day these days, but it is still not unsealed. I'm really worried, if klaviyo doesn't make things easier for customers, what's the point of Klaviyo? I'm just a businessman, doing business for more than ten years, just want to use SMS to contact customers, if you can't do it, please refund!!!!!

Looking into your conversation with our Deliverability and Compliance team, it seems that

you have been consistently in contact with one another. It would appear more information was needed to complete your account’s manual review process.

The estimated turnaround time to reinstate an account is about 24-48 hours. However, this can take longer barring any additional materials or information that our specialists need in their review process. 

If you would like to cancel your account at any point during the manual review process, you can discuss this with the specialists working alongside you.
