I have a lead, he just created Klaviyo account and imported old contacts then sent the first campaign. But his account now has been disable. Please advise if he can get the balance back?

I would recommend contacting support for queries such as refund requests and problems dealing with changing account settings. The Community is more an environment for product advice, sharing strategies, and peer-to-peer support!
