Hello,

I have taken over running the company's Klaviyo account. The first thing I noticed is a fun red rectangle saying “Your account is canceled.” We currently don’t have enough active emails to need a paid plan and because of that, I can’t find a way to contact support. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a way to contact support or reactivate my account so I can get it up and running again?

You can contact our support team via this form and choose the dropdown option of ‘account access’ to get in touch with a member of our team to find out the reason for your account cancelation and get to the bottom of your situation!
