Hello, I was working on klaviyo for a client and when I want to preview what I did the account log out on it own and when I try to log in back the account it brings this account is inactive. Please what  can I do?

Thanks for replying and great to see you here in the community.

Was it a paid account or a free account? I think in such cases it's good to reach out to Klaviyo support so they can troubleshoot. Also check with your client, if an account gets flagged they should have received an email about it.

Additionally, @Jummy, did you try logging in several times without success. Even in an incognito browser? If you are still not able to log back into your account, create a support ticket with the drop down option > Account access.
