i am trying to add Klaviyo DNS record for Amazon lightsail but could not connect. tried static as well as dynamic but the same issue

can someone help me out with this issue, as i tried to contact klaviyo but could not get

I can see that you were also opened a email ticket with our wonderful support team and have found a solution for your issue. I will sum this up for anyone else experiencing a similar issue! 

 

It seemed that the issue was the three values were present on the TXT record on the root domain, but the Klaviyo one wasn’t. Our support team suggested investigating whether the customer placed the record in the same place as the other. Happy to share they were able to solve this issue and the branded sending domain is active now!
