Hi there - I just created my account/signed up as a paid user, and I am hoping to invite/give access to others in my organization. How would I do that?

Welcome to Klaviyo!

You can add and invite new users to your Klaviyo account by following the steps found in our How to Add Users and Manage Permissions Help Center article. New users can be added by taking the following steps:

  1. Click into the account dropdown in the upper right of your screen
  2. Select Account
  3. Click Settings > Users
  4. Click Add New User
  5. Selecting a User Role
  6. Click Add User

If you’re confused about what user roles to invite your users as, I would suggest also reviewing the Guide to User Management and Privileges article which define what permissions are allowed with what roles.
