Hello everyone! 

I have a few questions if anyone might be able to help me. I saw an article that said in the past few years or something the average revenue that was attributed to email marketing within their platform was between 20-40%. I am not able to locate the article. Does anyone else have it? 

Also, would anyone be able to help me with these questions? I am not trying to get average numbers based on my industry (benchmarks), but rather in general for all customers that use Klaviyo. 

What is the average revenue attributed to SMS?
What percentage of subscribers usually click on the confirmation email when doing double opt in? Is there an estimated percent? I want my clients to do double opt in-but I want to assure them there is a high percentage of people actually clicking on the confirmation email.
