Hi we’re trying to get back on Klaviyo but we’re having issue with upgrading our plan. The card we used previously is being used to process the same but the payment is not going through and we’re seeing this particular response in red box. 

Please let us know, how we can fix this as it is important to start with our automations as soon as we fix this.
