Hiii Klaviyo Community, 

I am having issues setting up our branded sending domain on Klaviyo. I have tried both dynamic and static methods however both receives an ‘Action required’ status. 

Our Domain provider is Digital Pacific

 

Any insights greatly appreciated!

Can you remove all the records you added and restart the process following the steps mentioned in the video below?

How to set up a branded sending domain

Let me know if that fixes it.
