On the Change Plan page, I cannot update my billing information to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. I cannot enter my card number in the placeholder and cannot click on the confirm and pay button. Can someone assist?

Since there isn’t a known issue for billing at this time, I would try these trouble shooting steps to see if you can successfully upgrade:

  • Log out of your account and log back in
  • Try again on a different browser 
  • Clear your cache and cookies
