Hello, 

 

I wanted to update the payment method and then a 6-digit-code is send to a phone number. I dont have access to that number anymore. In the settings I cant find anything to change the number and two factor authentification is turned off anyway. 

 

Can you help me with that? I cancelled my Plan and now I cant ask directly in the chat wich is very sad…
