Hi,

 

Unfortunately we changed our working free account into Test Account (was a misunderstanding)

As far as we can see now, it's not possible to change it back…?

 

Can anyone help us out?

You will need to contact Klaviyo support. I believe they will be able to sort this for you.

Thanks for your quick response!

The only thing is the account is more than 60 days old and it's a free account…

As far as I can see I'm not able to contact them…?

Only the chat bot, but he doesn't understand me

I don’t have any free accounts but sometimes chatbots will connect you if you repeatedly say “speak to agent”. May not work with Klaviyo free plan...

Unfortunately, I think you will need Klaviyo's support. I guess your next step depends on whether it's worth creating a new account. If not, you can take out the minimum paid subscription (20 USD) to get support for your existing account.

That upgrade does come with other benefits: increased sending limits and removal of Klaviyo branding. You can cancel a paid plan to switch back to a free one should you wish to do so, but with no refund.
