I am trying to use the chat feature but it doesn’t seem to be working. I input that I am having a billing issue. It says sorry you’re having a billing issue but nothing after that. I request an agent but there is no response at all.

Chat support seems to be working for me on several accounts, perhaps try again at a later time? Chat is only available (for me) from Monday - Friday (24 hours) - however, I think it depends on your region and your specific account support level. 

Otherwise, you can send an email support ticket and that typically works for most issues.

Alternatively, perhaps try their “Contact Us” page and try submitting a ticket:
