Could not send preview emails

Been receiving this error message a few times now, last time I checked on Sunday and I am still unable to test emails to my client. For reference, please see the attached image.

Hi @dberonio22 

That is a very odd message and unfortunately does not have indicator on what the error may be?

Just some standard questions, but have you logged out and back in again? Also which browser are you using? Klaviyo is best in Chrome if you are not using this.

I would suggest that if this is still an issue after logging out and back in again, that you contact support using the ‘Support’ tab in the top right hand corner of the Klaviyo Admin. There is 24/7 chat and email support available.

I hope this issue rectifies itself soon for you!

Hi Kylie,

I'm using Chrome to log into my Klaviyo account, but I keep encountering an error when trying to preview my emails. I reached out via live chat, and the support rep suggested it might be due to invalid syntax of my email template. However, I'm still seeing the same error message across all of my emails.

@Paulina I think I had this once too and it was because I mistakenly left the subject line blank. Maybe double check that that isn’t what it is

Hi ​@Paulina, Klaviyo has a limit to the number of preview you can send. Free plans can send up to 100 emails per cycle whilst paid plans may vary. Best to communicate with your client to upgrade it
