Been receiving this error message a few times now, last time I checked on Sunday and I am still unable to test emails to my client. For reference, please see the attached image.

That is a very odd message and unfortunately does not have indicator on what the error may be?

Just some standard questions, but have you logged out and back in again? Also which browser are you using? Klaviyo is best in Chrome if you are not using this.

I would suggest that if this is still an issue after logging out and back in again, that you contact support using the ‘Support’ tab in the top right hand corner of the Klaviyo Admin. There is 24/7 chat and email support available.

I'm using Chrome to log into my Klaviyo account, but I keep encountering an error when trying to preview my emails. I reached out via live chat, and the support rep suggested it might be due to invalid syntax of my email template. However, I'm still seeing the same error message across all of my emails.
