create event api for people that let the order expired (1 hour after) starting the "proceed to payment" but not finishing

Question

Hi every body, how could i insert this event for klaviyo?

the situation be like is:
Someone start checkout, complete all the fields, then click on proceed to payment.
Now the problem start if the payment is with credit card or paypal or whatever payment requires the AUTHENTICATION.

the problem is that, if they do not complete the AUTH, the order “expire after 1 hour” and the status of the order is now Canceled.

Ho can i make an event for klaviyo that is like “order expired” or “order payment expired”?

Hi Taylor, not A checkout aband flow.I mean between this event, have like add "order payment expired"
