My emails aren’t getting through to Verizon users because of DEMARC, can someone help? 

First screenshot is the gmail postmaster, 2nd is our Shopify TXT records, and 3rd is from Klaviyo. 

Thanks in advance (FYI Im not technical so I censored some stuff, no idea if it’s sensitive or not, but did it just in case).

@Hubman - not sure if this is the reason, but it looks like you have three (3) separate _dmarc TXT records. 

Typically, each domain should only have one DMARC record, so I would delete two of them, and just keep the one that says:

v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:sabitha@hubmanchubgirl.com

You can do some quick DMARC checks and read the documentation with this tool (no affiliation) that I like to use:

There might be other experts here who are more familiar with DNS and domain authentication here to chime in!


thank you so much! we removed the other demarcs, hopefully it works.

but now we’re getting this problem, any idea what this is?  it didn’t appear before.
