Why is it that i have no access to chat support when on the paid plan it says that I am eligible for this service

Yes, all paid accounts to have access to chat! If for some reason you’re having trouble accessing chat or you account I would submit a request asking for account access to find more account specific information!

I purchased paid plan and having same problem! 


Never mind. I see the virtual assistant finally dropped me into the live chat after it could not help me.
