We are trying to set up a Branded sending Domain with Liquid Web.

We decided to go with static since we want to test out Klaviyo and then maybe move to a dynamic setup.

I see that we are forced to use Go Daddy or shopify and not liquid web. Is this the case?

Really need help as we want to start using Klaviyo on a big scale once the team tests it out.

Any help would be great!

Thanks.

Hi @SeanCultureOwl

Thanks for being a part of our community!

  • When you go to "Add Record" in your DNS provider, if you do not see the option to add "NS" type records, then you may need to instead select "Static Routing" instead of "Dynamic Routing" in Klaviyo, which will give you "CNAME" type records instead, which the Liquid Web platform appears to support
  • In Klaviyo, to switch to static routing, you just remove and re-add the branded sending domain, which will give you the option to choose static routing
  • In Liquid Web there should be a button to "Add Record" - you would want to add each of these Klaviyo records into their platform
    • Host = name
    • Data = value
  • If you leave the "name" field blank in Liquid Web, this should allow the TXT record to configure. Here are some other resources that might be helpful:

I hope this helps!
