I have been using Klaviyo for almost two years and have never had the following problem.
First of all: The sender name is set up correctly in my settings.
I have now sent myself a test mail and the sender name is no longer MOOT but now info @moot.eco. Gmail also seems to have renamed the sender in all previous emails of the last years. What can I do?
