Help! I'm trying to activate again my account because is disabled! I already submitted tickets twice and emails and no response from support yet.

We have replied some emails from Klaviyo, But our account still Disabled, please help us.

I can see you were able to receive responses from our Support team! Happy to hear that! 

 

It seems the issue arose from Klaviyo needing to affirm that your contacts were explicitly opt-ed in, consenting, and expecting to receive mail from any account, based on our Acceptable Use Policy, as we don’t support any form of cold-outreach!
