How can I cancel a paid plan?

I'm reaching out to seek clarification regarding the terms for canceling my paid plan. Could you please confirm whether it's possible to cancel my paid plan at any time?

Happy to help! Sorry to hear you want to cancel your plan with us.

You can cancel your plan at anytime! We do, however, recommend cancelling at the end of the billing cycle as Klaviyo will not issue a refund for the remainder of the billing cycle. Here are the steps you can take as listed in our documentation on how to cancel your account.
