My payment card is not enough to pay for the current plan. I want to downgrade the plan and pay the fee for the new plan, what should I do?

It should be noted that downgrading does not take effect immediately. The payment and downgrade will happen as of your next billing cycle as Klaviyo bills for the month ahead. To downgrade your plan at any time you can do so in your account following the steps in our documentation.

 

I would submit a support request so you can figure out how to process this month’s payment with our team!
