how to resolve "This account is inactive " problem on klaviyo

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties accessing your Klaviyo account. 

I found this thread where another user seemed to have a similar issue in the past: 

Have you tried to login to your account from a different browser or in an incognito window? If that doesn’t work, I would recommend filling out a Support Ticket under the “Account Access” category from the dropdown.
