Is there no other way to do this other than adding a step in a Flow? Klaviyo doesn’t have account level notifications?

Thanks for contributing to the Community! Correct, the only way to notify team members of customer actions are internal notifications triggered by Flows. Is there a particular use case you’re trying to solve for that can’t be done with these flow notifications?
