Hi guys, can you help me please?

I can’t find the Manage customer e Referral Link Options in my Partner Portal Profile. I need to solve as soon as possibile to register my client inside.

Can you help me please?

I didn’t understand how the unborading process works in the partner portal..maybe I’m missing to do something in the process..

thank you for your answer!

I didn’t resolve the issue, cause the question is different: I can’t see the “manage customer” and “referral link” tabs in my portal. 

You can see in the photo.

I’ve sent an email to but they didn’t answer me..

I don’t know how to resolve it..I have clients that I need to sign in. 

What do you suggest me? thank you very much for your help!

Okay, i’m tracking with you, thanks for pointing that out! 


Have you tried these troubleshooting steps: 

  • logging out then back in
  • logging in with a different browser or via incognito

Hi Taylor, thank you for your answer.

I create then a totally new partner account..cause I could not resolve it and I sent several emails to  but I didn’t receive any solution and answer to the problem.
