Hey @Digital_HP
so just to confirm
Go to Account → Settings → Account → Domains - you will see a branded sending domain. Do you want a different sending domain, just for your b2b website? If Yes, then NO - you Can’t do that. You will need a different Klaviyo account to setup another sending domain.
you can only have one sending domain, per Klaviyo account
But if you want to send emails from two different emails like “hello@company.com” and “b2b@company.com”, then you dont need to do anything and this will work. You just need to make sure the emails end in @company.com (because it is the same root domain)
I hope this helps
Cheers

Hi Arpit - sorry, to clarify we do have a new and separate Klaviyo account for our B2B site. We are looking for how to set up a new sending domain for the B2B account - as we only have our current sending domain that we use for our DTC and after looking into using the same sending domain across two site we want to ensure these are separate due to the B2B affecting our deliverability score or vise-versa.
Thanks!
Hi @Digital_HP - Just to jump in here, if you have a separate B2B Klaviyo account but want to use the same TLD (top level domain), this thread might apply to you:
