I am changing from wix to shopify and when I start need to log in in klaviyo, the code didn’t apear in my email

To be sure, did you check your spam folder for this email as well and still cannot find it? I would also make sure you are checking the correct email associated with your Klaviyo account. If not, you can submit a ticket to our support team to receive your new device code or to receive help accessing your account.

Hey @Dan1mosan,

I hope you've solved this issue and it was as @Taylor Tarpley mentioned.

But since you mentioned moving this also means DNS changes and with that it could have been that you forgot to move your email DNS changes over to the new DNS Server (if you changed that as well). This means there are no records online to know which servers Klaviyo needs to send the email to. Hope this is not the case but worth checking out. (the MX records to be specific)
