Instead they put my handle “meldrc”.  I would like my full name instead but I’m not sure how to get this corrected.

Congratulations on passing the Product Certification!

Since all of our Klaviyo sites are connected via SSO (single sign-on) - including our Academy portal; I would suggest making sure your Klaviyo account’s contact information details are set to your actual name. If not, updating your contact information should sync back across all of our connected sites.

Hi, I’m actually having that same issue but after doing the suggestion of updating the name on the Klaviyo account it still didn’t update and I did it right after my first passed certificate. Then I passed the second one and it still wasn’t updated on that one or the previous. I don’t know what I could be doing wrong. I also tried to send an email for support about this and my email is giving me an error “your request cant be submitted”. Please help. Thanks.
