I was encountering an issue where Klaviyo was not populating with my products from Shopify and realized that it’s an inventory tracking issue. I found a similar thread suggesting that I need customer service to alter a setting on the back end of my account so it doesn’t unpublish my products, but unfortunately I can’t reach an actual person via customer service since my account is too old.
Is it possible to get a ticket opened to do this for me, since the virtual assistant seems unable to actually assist me?
