Hello,
I was encountering an issue where Klaviyo was not populating with my products from Shopify and realized that it’s an inventory tracking issue.  I found a similar thread suggesting that I need customer service to alter a setting on the back end of my account so it doesn’t unpublish my products, but unfortunately I can’t reach an actual person via customer service since my account is too old. 

Is it possible to get a ticket opened to do this for me, since the virtual assistant seems unable to actually assist me?

Is the issue  that you using inventory not tracked in Shopify so all your products are unpublished in Klaviyo?

Yes, we don’t track inventory in our store, so our products are unpublished in Klaviyo.
