I am trying to access the live chat (for a paid account) but am unable. Is this a temporary problem?

We’re seeing instances of customers who are unable to access live chat when clicking the “Start Chat” button on the support page. This has only been reported a few times in email but the issue seems to be isolated to Safari so far. I would try to log in via chrome browsers and clear all cookies/cache. Hope this helped!
