We have several multi accounts and it takes time to do a proper setup. We would like to be sure everything is named the same way but it is not possible to keep 2 different accounts open at the same time: in the account where you were last active, that's where the other session continues.

 

Is there a solution to this? I solve it now by adding an additional user to all accounts, but it's not practical.

I’m sorry this has proved an inconvenience for you!  Yes even though you have multiple accounts, you can only be in one account at a time for security reasons. While I’m sorry it breaks up your workflow,  security for our customers is our utmost priority!

While I think safety is hugely important, I don't understand why it should be a restriction in this case. Using 2FA, this should already be much less of an issue. It is not user-friendly at all. There are plenty of alternatives to still ensure security (e.g. when someone logs in from the same IP).
