I was told by a customer service agent that I should contact her to follow up on an issue about a billing error AFTER I proceeded in downgrading to a free account. She advised me to downgrade first. So I didn’t receive my credit, but now I’m UNABLE to email with the free account!! Any workaround you can suggest?
