Klaviyo multi account not working!

I work with my company as an agency but since yesterday evening the searbar of switching accounts is gone, does anyone else have this issue aswell?

Are you the only member of your agency experiencing this issue? If it’s only you, that helps us narrow down what the issue might be!

 

As stated in our how to create and manage multiple accounts documentation, as long as you are logging in with an email and password that is attached to the multiple accounts, you shouldn’t have a problem toggling between accounts. Have you ensured that you are using the correct email for these accounts?

 

If so, I would ensure that you still have access to jump into these customer accounts and haven’t been accidentally removed by any chance.

Might be permission issue. Try reaching out the admin if your not the admin else clear your cache
