Klaviyo new pricing model

Hi!

I need some insight on how this new “requirement” works for old clients, do they need to change their plans to match the number of active profiles they have even though they don’t email all active subscribers?

Or can they simply continue with the plan they have which in some cases is a plan with lower active profiles,  (even though they have a slightly higher number of active profiles) but around the correct/realistic number of monthly sends?

I’ve tried asking Klaviyo support but not much info was given
