klaviyo not sending mail

hello. i just connected my domain to klaviyo, to send mail for the sign up, etc and it is verified and shows active but no emails are being sent. can someone advise?

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. The domain setting looks fine.

Can you confirm if those who fill out the signup form are being added to the assigned list? Also, the recipients you've sent the email to are subscribed, right?

Lastly, as per the requirement, I’m assuming that you have set up the flow so that anyone who fills out the signup form should receive the email. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

If it’s the flow, would it be possible to share the flow steps/filters screenshot and any other relevant details?

If possible, could you please share a screenshot of your domain settings, campagn setup in Klaviyo? Also, have you checked that those who fills out the signup form are getting added to the assigned list? Lastly, the recipients you've sent the email to are subscribed, right?  If those are not subscribed then klaviyo will suppressed them and will not send any email.

i don’t know what campaign settings you need me to show you. it’s a sign up form to newsletter to receive promo code. promo codes gets revealed once email is added on my website, but the email isn’t sent

can you advise please?

it’s not a flow. it’s the sign up form. email popup. i dunno how to share its settings here as it doesn’t show as flows.

and yes, on my website, popup comes up, i fill it with email, i get coupon on site but supposed to receive an email also, and nothing comes
