I’m new to the Klaviyo Partner Portal and I would like to ask the following question.
How can I download PDF files to my computer?. Every time I try to download an available file in the Klaviyo Portal to my desktop computer, either PDF or any other format, I can’t.
It shows a message window saying “Downloaded” but the files haven’t downloaded to my computer.
It happened running my Mac but I also tried from a PC and same problem.
I wanted to share a document with a client but can’t do it.
