Anyone else not able to get a response from Klaviyo support?

Not sure if you are asking about Chat support but if yes that is probably because they are not working at this time.. Here is their work time:

  • “We offer chat for customers on paid plans between 9 am–5 pm ET Monday through Friday. Free users have access to Kira, our virtual chatbot, 24/7.”

Adding to @Bobi N.’s point above, if you happened to be reaching our Support team via email, I would suggest double checking and ensuring those response emails from our colleagues are not ending up in either the promotions or spam folders. In small instances, they could even be blocked by your inbox filters or network filters; so I would suggest double checking those areas as well.
