Hi!

Just wanted to know the best way to tackle a concern we have.

So we’re currently selling to different with separate Shopify accounts (.nl, and .com). Both of which also have separate Klaviyo accounts. But now, we’re planning to use our main Shopify account (.com) for everything and just have different subdomains for different markets (.com, .com/nl, etc.)

So my question is - for the new Dutch store “xyz.com/nl”, is it better to just merge the old Dutch Klaviyo account to the English one?

Or keep 2 separate Klaviyo accounts, but the Dutch Klaviyo account should change Shopify integration to the English one (xyz.com), and at the same time change the dedicated sending domain same as the English one (send.xyz.com)/.

*Note - one reason we’re thinking of still having 2 separate Klaviyo accounts is because we’re using different languages. So managing emails written and designed using different languages might be easier if we still kept them on separate Klaviyo accounts.

Best,
Pio
