Hi Klaviyo Forums,

 

I was setting up a test account and mistakenly integrated Shopify while completing the process. I quickly removed this integration, as I didn’t want anything on my main (production) account to be affected.

 

It does look like some profiles and products from Shopify were synced. Did I negatively affect anything on my main account when I accidentally integrated Shopify? Also, are there any extra steps to ensure nothing was affected?

You can create a ticket with support requested the Klaviyo Product Experts to purge the account from the catalog data that synched from your Shopify integration. 

 

You can also delete the profiles from the account by setting up a segment with the active profiles and then delete the segment under “Account” → “Other” → and then “Profile maintenance”. 

 

To ensure that your real account is still functioning, you can you to the integrations settings and preview recent events to see if they are tracking correctly.
