For some reason, my actual name seems to pop up when sending out campaigns instead of my brand name, any help on how to change this to my brands name? Thanks!

To change your default sender name, you can navigate to your Account > Contact Info > Organization > Default Sender Name and change it to your brands name so your real name isn’t what users think the email came from!
